How does this work?

Review our picnic and add-on pages to decide what you’d like to include in your picnic. Then complete a request form at the bottom of the picnic page and a member of our staff will respond to you within 24 hours to finalize the details of your event.

We set up your picnic and have it ready upon your arrival. We then return at the end of your picnic to clean everything up.

What does a picnic include?

Each picnic includes picnic baskets, a blanket, pillows, plates, champagne flutes, glasses, cutlery, seasonal décor, antique décor, sparkling mineral water, and multiple floral arrangements (which you get to keep!).

Do picnics include food?

Our Classic Americana picnic does not include food, however, you are able to purchase an array of food items as additional add-ons. Please see our add-on page for a full list of food options.

We are happy to offer a variety of food options that can be modified for dietary restrictions as well as for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free diets.

Do picnics include alcohol?

We do not provide alcohol for any picnic experiences, only sparkling mineral water. However, we do provide champagne flutes, a champagne bucket, and additional glasses to accommodate any additional beverages you’d like to bring yourself.

Where do you service?

We currently service Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas in North Carolina. If you have a location outside of this in mind, please contact us and we will try to accommodate if possible.

What is your weather policy?

Be assured, we monitor the weather very closely. If it looks like rain three days before your picnic, a staff member will reach out to you to either reschedule or move your picnic indoors or under cover. If you prefer to reschedule, we do not charge for rain reschedules as we understand it can be less than ideal to picnic in the rain.

Can we leave the picnic whenever we want?

Picnics are 2 hours. If you would like to leave earlier, we ask that you provide us with a 30-minute notice via phone call or text message. You are responsible for the picnic items until a staff member is able to return early to meet you. Please do not leave any picnics unattended until a staff member is present.

What’s your cancellation policy?

A cancellation made within 72 hours of your picnic will receive a 50% refund. If a picnic is canceled within 24 hours of the picnic, we are not able to provide a refund.
