Southern Picnics’ Annual Daffodil Photoshoot
Updated February 3, 2025
Our annual complimentary picnic photoshoot in the daffodil field is right around the corner! As a way to thank the Raleigh community for naming us WRAL’s Event Planner of the Year again in 2024, we are pleased to host our free daffodil picnic photoshoot again 2025! This will be the fourth year we host this event.
We are actively monitoring the daffodils’ growth and will announce our daffodil photoshoot date once we know when to expect peak bloom. It will be sometime between mid-February and mid-March and take place on a Saturday or Sunday.
This event is free and open to the public and is our way of saying thank you for all the support we’ve received from the community.
Date: Announcement coming soon!
Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Where: Dorothea Dix Park Flower Field. Reference this map for directions. If using Google Maps, put “Flower Cottage at Dix Park” into your location and this will take you to the field.
